Combining Smart Technology with Charming Aesthetics

Donskoi Apartment layout An apartment in the center of Moscow, with an area of 140 sq. m, for a family of five, two parents and three children. The main rooms are three bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. The original layout was inconvenient, with numerous hallways and small walkthrough spaces. We made a spacious entrance hall with a dressing room. Nearby, there is a door to a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin with a hammam function and a rain shower. There is a built-in 70x110 cm Grohe AquaSymphony shower head in the ceiling. Next, there is a kitchen-living room with a dining area. The room has a large sofa with a home cinema on the one side, and an ergonomic kitchen located on the opposite side. A hallway leads to a master bedroom, children's rooms and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with a smart home system and a biodynamic lighting system, i.e. all lights, devices, appliances, curtains, etc. can be controlled remotely using a smartphone or with a voice command. The apartment is designed in minimalist style, with some features of Scandinavian interior design.
