Minimalist Design: A Touch of Softness

Mosfilmovskaya Apartment layout An apartment for a young student in the center of Moscow, with an area of 73 sq. m. At the stage of buying an apartment, the client asked us to consider several layout options. Mandatory requirements were: a large kitchen-living room, a comfortable entrance area, a separate bedroom with a dressing room, and a spacious bathroom. The design has minimalist style features. Brief description of the apartment layout: in the entrance hall, there is a wardrobe for outerwear, a banquette and a chest of drawers where you can put your keys or phone. We managed to expand the kitchen a little bit using the hallway area and made a large and comfortable work space, which ends with a bar counter. There is a dining area, a sofa and a TV behind it. We highlighted one of the walls in this room with a marble panel. Besides, we made a 3D-panel portal in the bedroom, as an accent, which was really appreciated by the client. At the request of the girl, we also made a starry sky on the ceiling. The bathroom is equipped with a large corner bathtub and a closet where a washing machine and dryer are hidden.
